Rebirth Through Release
In your 75-minute Back to Self with Sealth: Rebirth through Release session, you'll uncover the barriers that have been holding you back, understand the reasons you've been holding onto them, and discover their hidden purpose. Together, we'll release these obstacles to pave the way for the rebirth of your authentic self. This session includes: sound, breathwork, reiki healing energy and guided shamanic meditation. I also meditate before the session to receive intuitive guidance of what is ready to be released.
Past Lives
I will meditate on your energy before our session and connect with your guides, ancestors and Spirit as well as mine (often in the Akashic Records) and ask to be shown a past life / lives that are relevant to you in the present. To be shown what you need to overcome currently in your life, what is blocking you, what no longer serves, any lessons and or karmic debt that is ready to be released. I will also do an oracle card pull for added guidance as well as provide a herb/flower to work with at this time. To end, I will provide some concrete action items and next steps to assist you in moving forward (energetic work, meditation, breath, Chakra work, etc.) - think of it as fun homework for your Soul growth!
Soul Reading
Before our session I meditate, tap into your energy and discover what is really going on in your energy field. I will also journey to the Akashic Records to discover guidance on your path and purpose.
When we jump on the call I will share with you what I have found, what guidance you need and answer any questions you may have on my findings.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy therapy technique that promotes stress reduction and the body’s ability to heal itself. It is a gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful form of holistic health.
Reiki works by reducing stress and deeply relaxing the nervous system. The life force energy is replenished where it was once depleted or blocked. Reiki raises the energetic frequency of the entire mind-body-spirit system, which allows the system to balance and heal itself naturally.
Shamanic Meditation + Healing
This offering is a deep meditation, brain re-patterning and concludes with a healing session to assist one in connecting to their authentic self, gain insight, reflect and heal old wounds. Sessions can include the following meditations and healings: Higher Self, Former Self, Future Self, Soul Retrieval, Being Release, Cord-Cutting, Inner Child.
Shamanic Journeying Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), also know as breathwork, is the technique of having no pause between the inhale and exhale. Keeping the breath connected leads to non-ordinary states of mind with alterations of consciousness that can feel quite similar to psychedelics and plant medicine. Some benefits include the shedding of trauma, spiritual connectivity, breakthrough insights, physical healing, more self love, increased happiness and presence, etc. Some well-known variants of CCB include: Transformational Breathwork, Transformations Breathwork, Integrative Breathwork, Radiance Breathwork, Biodynamic Breathwork, The Wim Hof Method, Clarity Breathwork, Liberation Breathwork, Quantum Light Breath, and Breath of Bliss. Please note: This Breathwork session is NOT the same as Pranayama, which is a yogic breath, done in a seated position ahead of meditation. I will also infuse Reiki healing energy into this session.
